Run the script "Folder Icon Changer.wsf" (by double-clicking it) to add the registry key "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\Change Icon\Command\" to your Windows registry. 

After installing, right-click on a folder icon to access that folder's context menu. A new menu option: "Change Icon" should now be available. "Change Menu" will look for the "Folder Icon Changer.wsf" script in the directory where it was run. If you move the "Folder Icon Changer.wsf" script, then you must run the script again (double-click it) to update the path.

To remove the new "Change Icon" context menu item and the registry key, run the "Uninstall Folder Icon Changer.wsf" script.

To view the source code of these scripts, open them in a text editor like "Notepad.exe".

Note: When first running the "Folder Icon Changer.wsf" script, you may be prompted to find the Windows Scripting Host executable "Wscript.exe". On some installations of Windows, this path will be: "C:\Windows\system32\Wscript.exe".
